Oral presentation – 2 nd Hetero-elements and Coordination Chemistry: from Concepts to Applications Meeting
On January 18th and 19th, 2018, our postdoctoral researcher, Fernando Novio, “2 nd Hetero-elements and Coordination Chemistry: from Concepts to Applications Meeting” (HC3A) at Toulouse, France. This congress is a French-Spanish network bringing together 30 research groups with the goals of:
– broaden and strengthen scientific collaborations,
– reinforce joint trainings (e.g. through Thematic Schools),
– organise Workshops,
– prepare joint proposals, and
– share human and equipment resources.
The presentations of this congress were divided in four work gorups: 1) Nanosystems, 2) Organometallic chemistry, 3) Development of new synthetic methods, and 4) Biochemistry and Bioinorganic chemistry
There, Fernanod presented part of his work related to the design of multifunctional nanostructured coordination polymers with biomedical applications. In particular, the process from metal-ligand coordination to active theranostics agents.
